Dr. Jose I. Delgado:
Dr. Jose Delgado has been consulting the healthcare industry on a variety of topics since 1995. He has worked on every aspect of the business side of healthcare from start-ups, to expanding practices through acquiring doctors or competing practices, to instituting policies and training offices on regulatory standards.
Dr. Delgado will be speaking on a variety of topics at this conference including: the virtues of a virtual office being implemented in the healthcare industry; operating and implementing an EMR/EHR that fits your practice; and moderating the panel: introducing healthcare technology.

Dr. Eric I. Mitchell:
Dr. Mitchell comes to us from Plymouth, Maine. He was a Colonel in the United States Army Medical Corps; and now serves the civilian population in multiple capacities as a teacher, doctor and researcher. He has been published over 20 times on a variety of topics like: arthroscopic repair, the nature of athletic injuries, the nature of work injuries, & the benefits of the implementation of telemedicine.
Dr. Mitchell will be participating in the conference in several capacities; one in being part of the introduction to information technology panel and the other two talking about implementing telemedicine and how it benefits healthcare.

Mr. Eduardo Gonzalez Loumiet:
Eduardo has worked in the Information Technology industry for quite a few years, helping various county and state agencies with their data integration projects. His experience managing projects and groups of personnel has proven invaluable, especially when dealing with a tri-state initiative to coordinate information regarding the delicate H1N1 of several years ago.
Mr. Gonzalez Loumiet will be participating on the panel about the introduction of information technology to the healthcare industry, and also informing about open source programs and how they can be utilized effectively in the healthcare industry to reduce implementation cost and increase efficiency.

Mrs. Midy Aponte:
Mrs. Aponte has been working in communications for the last 12 years. As the last decade has brought upon the industry of mass media through social networks, Mrs. Aponte has started working with a variety of organizations to become more effective in this rapidly growing industry.
Mrs. Aponte will be holding a seminar about social media: talking about such subjects like where it has come from, what it is, and how to use social media effectively for your association.
